Colors:
We have made efforts to display accurately the colors of products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and/or other technological circumstance, we cannot and do not guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Sales Tax:
Sales Tax is charged to those orders shipped within the state California. Sales Tax is not charged to orders shipped to the states outside of California.

Please note all Duty/Tax/Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer
Shipping rates and fees are non-refundable. Once an order has been processed and shipped, all associated shipping costs are final and cannot be reimbursed, including in cases of returns or exchanges.
Refunds & Exchanges (USA online only)
We design our basics to be worn often and kept for years—which means sizing and selection matter. While we do accept returns, our priority is getting you into the right item through our exchange-first policy.
What is Redo Coverage?
When you opt-in for Redo coverage at checkout, your return shipping label will be covered for free!
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy, meaning refunds will still incur a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges and store credit:
We encourage customers to exchange for a different size, color, or style when possible. Exchanges on unworn, unwashed items are accepted within 21 days of delivery date. A prepaid shipping label will be provided once your exchange is approved.
Refunds:
Note: All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or credited.
Collegers reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with our return policies. Returns that do not follow our policy or are unacceptable may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
